Up & At ’em!

Clear skies this morning!

We’ll be off to the Cog Railroad in a bit.

Temp dropped to 31 deg. last night.  We noticed it was cooler and adjusted the blankets last night.  It will be quite cold atop Mt Washington.  We’ll dress accordingly & probably freeze anyway.

With the break in the weather we’ll probably push through Franconia Notch later this afternoon.  Our plan is to make a loop through the park, a “C”.  We’re now at the top middle of the park off SR 302.  We’ll turn west on SR 3, turn south through Franconia Notch,  and take 112 east to Conway.   We’ll take it slow, there is much to see and do here.

We just reviewed our past posts.  We’re so happy we have the time and opportunity to make this trip.  It has been much more fun than either of us expected.  We have oodles of photos to share with our friends.  We’ll post them in the photo album one of these days.  We noticed that the posts about Woodland and Syracuse seem short.  We had such a heart felt experience in Colorado  and New York that we will revisit them in an up-coming post.

I do not have the luxury of time to continue writing this morning.  We must be off.

Ron
